Our beloved mother, Theresa (Bissaillon) Gregoire, 97, entered into eternal life peacefully on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, surrounded by her loving family. Daughter of the late Zephyr and Dorilla (Richards) Bissaillon, she was born on December 24, 1922 in North Adams, MA. Theresa worked at Heatbath Corp. in Indian Orchard for many years. She was a devout and active communicant of St. Elizabeth’s Parish in Ludlow, where she received the Pope Pius Award for her work as a religious education teacher for special needs children. She was also a member of the Ladies of St. Anne and the church choir for many years.
Our Mom, Theresa was a great person, very loving and kind to everyone. You never left her house hungry. She will be greatly missed by everyone who ever knew her or met her.
Theresa is survived by her 7 children Anne Peterson, Colette Denette (Richard), Roland Gregoire, Christopher Gregoire (Karen), Phillip Gregoire (Linda), Alan Gregoire and Carl Gregoire (Patricia). She also leaves her 22 beloved grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, with one more expected in October and one more expected in January, and 16 great-great-grandchildren. Sadly she was predeceased by her husband Roland T. Gregoire in 1994 and her brother Francis Bissaillon in 2015.
