Robert M. Slota

Robert M. Slota, 83, of Ludlow, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2024. Born April 2, 1940 in Southbridge, MA, he was the son of the late Mitchell and Phyllis (Ziemba) Slota. Educated in local schools, Robert proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He worked in maintenance for American Bosch and the Eastfield Mall for many years. Robert was communicant of Christ the King Parish.

Robert is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years Stasia (Koziol) Slota of Ludlow; his daughters Tanya Slota of Ludlow and Sheena Slota and her husband James of Palmer and his brother Gerald Slota of Springfield. He also leaves his granddaughter Thea Slota, his nephew Robert Slota and his niece Sherri Slota.

Visiting hours for Robert will be Saturday, January 27, 2024 from 8:30-9:30 AM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, 64 Sewall St., Ludlow, MA, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial in Christ the King Church at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in St. Aloysius Cemetery.
