Mieczyslaw Surowiec 60 of Indian Orchard died Sunday April 21, 2013 in Baystate Medical Center. Born in Poland March 10, 1953 son of the late Waldyslaw and Jozefa (Sroka) Surowiec. A Communicant of Christ the King Church, he is survived by a brother Tadeusz Surowiec and sisters Maria Widor, Krystina Rzeznik and Teresa Dynak. Also survived by nieces, nephews extended family members and friends. Sadly he was pre-deceased by brothers Benedykt, Andrzej, Roman, and Stanislaw Surowiec

Funeral Thursday April 25, 2013 at 9 AM from the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home 64 Sewall St. Ludlow followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial in Christ the King Church 41 Warsaw Avenue Ludlow at 10 AM. Rites of Committal will follow in St. Stanislaw Cemetery Chicopee.
