Linda M (Deveno) McDonagh

Linda M. (Deveno) McDonagh, 75, of Springfield, passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022.  Daughter of the late Arthur and Mary (Rivers) Deveno, she was born in Springfield on February 21, 1946.  A lifelong resident, she was educated in local schools and worked for many years at Lechmere and other local department stores.

Linda is survived by her sons Jeffrey and Anthony McDonagh both of Springfield; her sisters Theresa Hebert and Arlene Sedlow and her sister-in-law Jeanette McDonagh.  She also leaves her beloved grandchildren Nicole McDonagh and Mason Dunn-McDonagh and his wife Alexis as well as her great-granddaughter Shayla.  Sadly she was predeceased by her husband Thomas McDonagh in 2014 and her sister Gloria Caron.

Funeral services for Linda will be held Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, 64 Sewall St., Ludlow, MA.  Burial will follow in St. Aloysius Cemetery.  Visiting hours at the funeral home will precede the service from 9:30-11:00 AM.  Donations in Linda’s memory may be made to the Sister Caritas Cancer Center, 271 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104.
