Lillian Jacquinet

Lillian Pauline (Clifford) Jacquinet, 85 of Ludlow passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, July 11, 2014. Born in Ludlow, MA on February 25, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Owen and Lillian (Tetreault) Clifford.

Lillian was a graduate of Cathedral High School. She worked as a teachers aide at the Childrens Language Institute of Ludlow for many years. She also worked as a bookkeeper for Jacquinet Plumbing and Heating for over 40 years.

Lillian was a parishioner of the former St. Marys Church in Ludlow for many years before joining the Parish Community of St. Elizabeth. She was an avid and loyal Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan. Lillian especially treasured the time she spent with family and friends at her summer home in Holland, MA

She is survived by her two sons, John and his wife Ruth of Inglis, FL and Michael and his wife Lisa of East Longmeadow, MA. She also leaves her beloved grandson John Jacquinet of East Longmeadow, MA; her sister Ruth Bousquet of Belchertown, MA and her brother Roy Clifford of Monson, MA. Lillian also leaves several nieces and nephews as well as many friends. Sadly, she was predeceased by her husband John in 1994 , several brothers and a sister.

Her family would like to thank the staff of the Jewish Nursing Home in Longmeadow for the tremendous care provided to Lillian.
