Joaquim “Jack” Fonte Jr, 79, of Ludlow, passed away on October 24, 2023. Jack proudly served his country as a member of the. United States Army during the Vietnam War. Sadly, Jack was predeceased by his wife Margaret (Swain) Fonte and his parents Jack and Celestina (Sally) Fonte.
Jack is survived by his daughters Lisa Chaves (Randall) and Jacqueline Breault (Michael); his brother James Fonte; his grandchildren Anthony and Ryley Rose as well as his beloved aunt Florence (Goncalves) Shea and cousins Augie Calheno (Paula); Jimmy Calheno (Paula) and Simon and Diolinda Santos.
All services for Jack were held privately.
