Obituary

Jeremy LaFountain, 48, of Springfield, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2024. Born in Holyoke, on March 13, 1975, he was the son of Brian and Mary (LaFountain) Gero and a graduate of Ludlow High School.

In addition to his parents, Jeremy is survived by his children Noah LaFountain, Ryan LaFountain (Emma Lacross) ; Harmony Verdon and Aaron LaFountain; his sisters Charity LaFountain (Daniel Chaples) and Shanna Sroka (James) and his “little brother” Tyler Quinn. He also leaves the mothers of his children Karen Farber and Melody Pope and his nieces Madison LaFountain and Kylie Farrow.

Visiting hours for Jeremy will be Monday, March 4, 2024 from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, 64 Sewall St., Ludlow, MA. Burial will be private, at the convenience of the family.

I have such a hard time expressing how I feel. You are my big brother and are supposed to guide me and help me through tough times. Always wanted what was best. I am so broken with you gone. Love you and please help me through the hard times (like now) and PLEASE be the best gaurdian angel ever for mom. Rest easty big brother and rock the heavens. Till we meet again.
