Jennie A. (Mik) Malinowski

Jennie A. (Mik) Malinowski, 100, of Ludlow, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2023. Daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Jez) Mik, she was born in Ludlow on February 7, 1923. A graduate of Ludlow High School, Jennie worked at the Indian Orchard Mills for many years and was a communicant of Christ the King Church.
Jennie is survived by her son Michael Malinowski and his wife Judy of Livermore, CA; her grandsons David and Jeffrey; and her great-grandchildren Maya and Mark. She was predeceased by her husband Henry Malinowski in 2000; her sister Millie Freeman of Houston, TX; and her brother, Edward Mik of Sacramento, CA.
Jennie was a superb seamstress, dress designer and cook. She found great pleasure in gardening, furniture refinishing and activities of daily living. She was generous to a fault and enjoyed taking care of the home that she lived in for her entire life. She especially enjoyed caring for the roses which she and her late husband so lovingly tended.
A graveside service for Jennie will be held Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 11:00 AM in St. Aloysius Cemetery.
