Janet L. (Bouchard) Cousineau, 62, of Agawam passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Ludlow, MA on February 12, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Dorothy (Spinla) Bouchard. Janet was a graduate of Ludlow High School and worked for many years as a nursing assistant for several local health care organizations.
Janet is survived by her husband, James Cousineau of Agawam; her three children, Jeffrey Webb Jr. of Ludlow, Robert Cousineau of Belchertown and Lee Cousineau-Duclos of Agawam; and her beloved grandson, Cameron Webb.
She also leaves her three brothers; Arthur Bouchard of Westfield, William Bouchard of Arizona, and Joseph Bouchard of Agawam and two sisters; Elaine Charland of Vermont and Susan Revette of Michigan. She was predeceased by her parents, her brother Thomas Bouchard and her sister Beverly Croft.
