Elaine M. Gilroy

Elaine M. (Goszkowicz) Godin – Gilroy 75 of Ludlow died Sunday September 15, 2013 in UMASS Memorial Hospital in Worcester. Born in Holyoke, MA February 27, 1938 daughter of the late Julian and Mary (Rabinsky) Goszkowicz. Educated in local schools she was a banking professional, and had worked for Hampshire National Bank, Community Savings Bank, Shawmut Bank and Bank of Boston. She later worked for the Abdow Family of Restaurants. She attended St. Elizabeth’s Parish, and was a member of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association, and the Western, MA Riders, and was an active member of the Ludlow Senior Citizen’s Center. She is survived by her loving husband John L. Jack Gilroy, A son Peter Godin and his wife Doreen of Hudson, NY, and a daughter Pamela Ann McMahon Kenny and her husband Greg of West Springfield. Devoted grandmother of Brendan and Kara MMcMahon. Also survived by extended family members and friends.
