LUDLOW- Arthur Lee Henriques 66 died Sunday December 15, 2013 in a Springfield nursing home. Born in Ludlow, MA December 31, 1947 so of the late August and Effie Mae (Cousins) Henriques. He was a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Ludlow, and was active with River Valley Counseling, the Mt. Tom Human Services Institute, and Men’s Self Advocates of Holyoke. He is survived by a brother Bruce Henriques of Monson, MA and extended family members and friends.
