Alice M. (Dziok) Miazga, 98, of Ludlow, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 4, 2017. Born in Chicopee, May 3, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Nora (Biernacka) Dziok. Alice attended Chicopee High School and worked as an assembler for the former F. W. Sickles Co. for 25 years. A longtime Ludlow resident, she was a communicant of Christ the King Church.
Alice his survived by her beloved husband Thaddeus Miazga of Ludlow, her nephews Philip and Karl Dziok of Springfield, her great-nephews Jonathan and Kyle of Springfield, Christopher of CO and her great niece Jennifer of Ludlow. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers Fred, Bolestaw, Myron and Max Dziok.
Funeral Services for Alice will be held Friday, June 9, 2017 at 10:00 AM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, 64 Sewall St, Ludlow, MA, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in Christ the King Church, 41 Warsaw Ave, Ludlow, MA. Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Chicopee, MA. Visiting hours at the funeral home will be Friday, June 2, 107 from 9:30-10:30 AM. Donations in Alice’s memory may be made to Christ the King Church, 41 Warsaw Ave, Ludlow, MA 01056.
