Remembering the murmurs of shared stories and laughs on summer nights on the front porch steps on Crane Street, as Tom and the rest of the grown-ups enjoyed cigarettes and cold beers and talked about every day life, while we kids played hide-and-go-seek...when neighbors were more like family, and tragedy was a far off thing.

Yes! If you do this workout in cotnuncjion with an eating strategy designed to burn belly fat you will lose belly fat. However, your body will quickly adapt and get stronger if you consistently do the same workout over and over again. If you want, PM me and I'll send you a link to a free eating plan on my website. Good luck -Curtis
