Winifred (Seguin) Wrona, 89, of Ludlow passed away on Monday, December 19, 2016. Daughter of the late Edgar and Ruth (Wilson) Seguin, she was born in Springfield, MA on October 6, 1927.
A longtime Ludlow resident, Winnie was a communicant of Christ the King Church. We lost a woman who was dear to many. She was always on the go, whether it was a tag sale or playing her numbers or just a trip to Big Y. Always thinking of others first, Winnie was full of energy, feisty at times but funny, her greatest joys in life were spending time with her family.
Winnie is survived by her children David Wrona (JoAnn), Judy Vigneault (Kenneth) and John Wrona (Janet) all of Ludlow; her brothers Edgar Seguin (Barbara) of Vero Beach, FL, James Seguin (Carol) of Orange County, FL and her sister Helen Keough of Springfield. She also leaves 6 beloved grandchildren Kelly, Kimberly, Melanie, Carl, Crystal and Andrew as well as 12 great-grandchildren. Sadly, she was predeceased by her husband Walter Wrona in 1993 and her brothers Richard, William, and sisters Barbara, Carol. Also a special Thank you to Victory Health Care and Staff .
Visiting hours at the funeral home are Friday, December 30, 2016 from 4:00-6:00 PM.
Funeral services for Winifred will be held Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 8:45 AM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, 64 Sewall St, Ludlow, MA followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Christ the King Church, Warsaw Ave, Ludlow, MA. Burial will follow in St, Aloysius Cemetery, Berkshire Ave, Springfield, MA.

I'm very for your loss. Winnie would come into the store to play her numbers, and that is how I came to know her. She always made me smile. Please accept my condolences.
John, Judy, David and families...so sorry for the loss of your Mom. I would run into her out and about at various locations in Ludlow. The Big Y, either shopping for herself or picking up a few things for a friend that was unable to shop. Much to my surprise I even ran into her at the farm stand behind my house! Before my Mom passed we spent a lovely afternoon with Aunt Winnie and Aunt Helen which meant a great deal to my Mom. May your good memories get you through this time of loss...you are in our hearts and thoughts. Neil and Linda (Seguin) DeBiasio
