William Brown

William Brown, 67, of Ludlow passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 9, 2014. Born April 22, 1947 in Glens Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Francis and Estella (Bingham) Brown. William was a longtime resident of Bennington, VT and was educated in Pownal and Bennington schools.

He was a proud member of the U. S. Army, serving in Vietnam. Upon moving to Ludlow, William worked as a roofer with his brother Jerry for over 30 years. He loved music and was a talented singer. His greatest love was his family.

William is survived by his son, William Carroll of Orlando, FL; two brothers, Stephen Brown and his wife Mary Ann of Springfield and Jerry Brown and his wife Diana of Ludlow; and his sister June Langlais and her husband Ernest of Lynn Haven, FL. He also leaves many nieces and nephews.
