Thomas E. Kienzler Sr. 72 passed away Friday February 18 with his family by his side. Born in Hartford June 17, 1938 son of the late Thomas J. and Jeanne (Fraser) Kienzler. He graduated from Cathedral High School in 1956, and worked in the insurance and financial planning industries. He was enlisted in the Marine Corps Reserves from 1955 to 1959, and was a Marine at heart all his life. He was a man of enduring generosity and unfailing wit, who had tremendous pride in his family. Thomas will be deeply missed by his wife of 49 years Nancy Y. (Dion) Kienzler; his three children, Thomas E. Kienzler II and his wife Kathy of Enfield, CT Andrew Kienzler and his wife Lynn of Mason, OH; and Nancy R. Kienzler of Lambertville, NJ sadly he was predeceased by his son Scott Alan Kienzler. Also survived by his 6 grandchildren, Thomas and his wife Allissa, Kiatlyn and her husband Marc, Ryan, Lauren, Emily and Matthew. his sisters Jacqueline Maratea of Springfield, MA and Jeanie Pettingill Richardson of Alpharetta, GA and brother John Kienzler of East Longmeadow, MA his lifelong friend Robert Peloquin of Kissimmee, FL as well as many other beloved family members and friends.
