Thomas Andrew Chesnes, 64, died peacefully on Thursday, November 9, 2017, with his family by his side. Born in Fitchburg, MA on September 7, 1953, he was the son of the late Andrew and Margaret (Conroy) Chesnes. A longtime Ludlow resident, Thomas was a 1971 graduate of Ludlow High School. He worked as an automotive technician for Balise Chevrolet and Honda for over 30 years. Thomas loved vacationing at Cape Hatteras, watching football, especially the New England Patriots, and watching his beloved granddaughters grow.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 34 years Carol (Deragon) Chesnes of Ludlow; his son Aaron Chesnes and his wife Amber of Monson, MA; his mother Betty (Fisher) Chesnes of Wilmington, NC; sisters Ann Costa and her husband Kenny Manning, Laurie Ferreira, Deborah Kell and Joanne Bullock; a brother Thomas Sears and his wife Michelle. He also leaves his beloved granddaughters Viviana, Caylin and a baby girl on the way. He leaves behind many nieces and nephews that he loved dearly. Sadly he was predeceased by his brother Kevin Chesnes.
Services celebrating Thomas’ life will he held Thursday, November 16, 2017 from 4:00-7:00 PM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, 64 Sewall St., Ludlow, MA. Burial will be private, at the convenience of the family.

Truly saddened to hear of Tom's passing. We had some fun times at Ludlow High. He also helped several times when car wasn't running properly. I will miss his smile and positive attitude. My condolences to all his family.
