Richard W. Devine, 55, of Ludlow passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 30, 2018. Born in Springfield. MA on May 26, 1963, he was the son of Esther (Symington) Devine and the late Raymond Devine. A longtime resident, Richard graduated from Ludlow High School, He was a Master sheet metal fabricator for NorthEastern Sheet Metal Co. He was a longtime member of Local 63 Sheet Metal Workers. An avid outdoorsman, Richard’s favorite pastime was fishing with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years Kimberly (Stec) Devine, his son Shawn Devine and daughter Carly Devine; his mother Esther Devine; 2 brothers Joseph Devine and William Devine and his wife Lisa; a sister Joan Horsler and her husband Michael and a sister-in-law Melissa Moquin and her husband James all of Ludlow. Richard also leaves his beloved grandchildren Jace and Aubrey along with several nieces and nephews.
