Timeline for Regina M. (Wood) Gaudreau

Regina M. (Wood) Gaudreau, 80, of Ludlow, passed away on October 30, 2021. Daughter of the late Ralph and Regis (Daly) Wood, she was born November 1, 1940 in Hartland, VT. Regina graduated from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing, working for several years at Barre VT. Hospital. She went on to work as a private duty nurse for many years. She was a devout communicant of St. Elizabeth’s Parish in Ludlow and a member of the parish’s Ladies of St. Anne.
Regina is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years Armand Gaudreau; her sons Brian Gaudreau, John Gaudreau; her daughters Denise Pooler, Lilyan Pollard (Gary), Andrea West, Veronica Gaudreau (Brian M.) and Rosemary McKeever (Richard) and her brother Thomas Wood (Susan). She also leaves her 17 beloved grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Sadly, she was predeceased by her son Gregory in 1971.
Visiting hours for Regina will be Monday, November 8, 2021 from 9:00-10:15 AM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, 64 Sewall St., Ludlow, MA, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. Elizabeth’s Parish, Hubbard St., Ludlow, MA. Burial will be in Island Pond Cemetery, Center St., Ludlow, MA.

To Rosemary and the entie family, Jim and I (and our son, Jimmy) are so sorry for your loss.
