Miles we all love you...we love how you improved and blessed ALL of our lives in so many ways...so many ways. For 27 years you have taught us all what a humble, generous, and devoted man is in this world. Thankyou for loving us and for teaching us always about kindness. Thankyou for loving my mother and the many blessings you brought in to her life and all of our families. We will all take care of Mom we promise. We are all better because of you and you will be so missed...you are so loved and admired. My heartfelt thoughts and prayers most especially for my mother Edie Tipton and for all of us his friends and family who love him and will miss him dearly. I am still numb, but I know you are at rest. You have blessed me and my family so much, for so long. You have left us with memories that I will hold dearly close to my heart - whether it be the swimming lessons, the Christmas gathering, or the vacations we shared. You supported us all, and came to cheer the kids on. You have been there for me since I was 25, and our bond grew even more after my dad passed away. You quietly watched, and were ready to be there any time we needed you. You filled mom's life with love and adventure, and we are all going to miss you. Thank you for everything you have added to my life, and I will see you again. Rest in peace, and remember that I Love You! <3

Thinking of you during this difficult time. Miles was a wonderful man I came to know through the world of swimming. He was caring and kind when serving the swimmers and divers as a coach and official. He will be greatly missed.
