Obituary

Marian (Tokarz) Bourcier, 86, of Ludlow, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025. Daughter of the late Stanley and Mary (Bruni) Tokarz, she was born in Ludlow on March 1, 1938. A graduate of Ludlow High School, Marian worked in Accounts Receivable for Sullivan Trucking Company for over 30 years. She was communicant of St. Elizabeth’s Parish in Ludlow.

Marian is survived by her children David White, John White, Valerie Smith (Jeffrey) and James White (Lynn); her step-children Robert Bourcier; Linda Young (Douglas) and John Bourcier (Ann) and her brother Stanley Tokarz (Terry). She also leaves her 16 beloved grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, a niece and a nephew. Sadly, she was predeceased by her husband Lawrence Bourcier in 2008; her daughters-in-law Barbara White and Susan White and her step-son Jeffrey Bourcier,

Funeral Services for Marian will be Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 9:45 AM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, 64 Sewall St., Ludlow. MA followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. Elizabeth’s Parish, Hubbard St., Ludlow, MA. Burial will be in Island Pond Cemetery, Center St., Ludlow, MA. Visiting hours at the funeral home will be Monday, February 24, 2025 from 5:00=7:00 PM. Marian was a great walking partner on the treadmill at All Day All Night Fitness! She’d walk every day sharing family stories and joking around with Rob, the gym trainer. Determined to keep going, she was an example to others. It was our pleasure to know her. We are so sorry for your loss.
