Manuel R. dos Santos, 73, of Ludlow passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017. Son of the late Antonio and Beatriz (Rosa) dos Santos, he was born in Rio Maior, Portugal, April 20, 1943. He proudly served in the Portuguese Navy. Manuel was employed by Jahn Foundry for many years. He was a communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Church and a member of the Gremio Lusitano Club.
Manuel is survived by his loving wife of 48 years Maria (Maximiano) dos Santos of Ludlow; his son Ed dos Santos and his wife Elizabeth of Rockford, MN ; his daughter Claudia dos Santos of East Granby, CT and his sisters Irene, Gloria, Alice and Fernanda, all of Portugal. Manuel also leaves his 4 beloved grandsons Max, Vincente, Eddie and Joey.

Family and friends are asked meet for a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 14, 2017 in Our Lady of Fatima Church, Winsor St, Ludlow, MA. Burial will follow in Island Pond Cemetery, Center St., Ludlow, MA.
