Kristina D. Closser, 43, of Chicopee, passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2024. Born in Springfield, MA on June 15, 1981, she was the daughter of Fiorentina (Festa) Closser and the late Edward Closser Sr. Educated in local schools, Kristina worked as a driver for several local trucking firms. A passionate animal lover, Kristina worked tirelessly caring for feral cats.
Kristina is survived by her mother Fiorentina Closser, her life partner Joey Albino, her brothers Brandon and Rene LaBrecque, her “2nd Mom” Karen Martin, as well as extended family and friends. She also leaves her beloved cat Willy “Bubby”.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Kristina’s life on Friday, November 22, 2024 from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, 64 Sewall St., Ludlow, MA. Kristina’s family asks that in honor of her love for cats, donations in her memory be made to the Thomas J.
