Jose F. Santos, 78, of Ludlow, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 15, 2021. Son of the late Artur and Maria Amelia (Fernandes) Santos, he was born June 28, 1943 in Serta, Portugal and immigrated to Brasil in 1961. Following his immigration to the United States in 1989, he was employed by a local construction company. Jose’s greatest love was his family.
Jose is survived by his son Elio Santos and his wife Lisa of Ludlow, his daughter Eli Santos of Easthampton and his brother Libanio Santos of Portugal.
All services are private, with burial at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers Jose’s family asks that donations in his memory be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or www.stjude.org.
