My sincere sympathy to the entire Goncalves Family. I was seriously injured in the Chevelle. I want you to know that Johnny was so concerned about my well being. He came to check on me multiple times at both Mary Lane and Bayatate. I have no idea how Johnny knew I was being transferred to Baystate, but when I arrived, he was already waiting in the room. Even on days that he visited, he would call just to make sure I was still ok. When I finally broke it to Johnny that I would no longer drive with him. He offered to get a motorcycle. I respectively suggested he seriously consider a bicycle, as scooters weren’t popular yet. Against all odds all 4 of us survived. I know the angles that were watching over us on 7/11/84 are now watching over Johnny now until interiniy, Johnny’s care and concern was genuine and I will never forget it or him. Thoughts, prayers, peace and hugs. ❤️Brenda {Majka) Lelievre

Johnny...I will never forget what a great heart you had. Always smiling, always fun to be around. All the hours spent hanging out in your garage. I know you're up there dancing with your cousin John Paul! Love you. My heart goes out to your family. Love you Donna!
