John E. Kolesar, 92 of Ludlow, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 31, 2019. Born in Bethlehem, PA on February 13, 1927, he was the son of the late John and Anna (Pinka) Kolesar. John proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Navy during World War II. A longtime Wilbraham resident, he was a supervisor at Monsanto Chemical Co for many years.
John is survived by his son Robert Kolesar (Karen) of Cleveland, OH and his daughter Susan Oppel (Walt Grohs Sr.) of Ludlow. He also leaves his 4 grandsons Brett, Michael, Matthew and Walter. Sadly, he was predeceased by his wife Mabel Kolesar, his brother Daniel Kolesar and his sisters Virginia Moynihan and Adele DuPrey.
