Jeanne B. (Patrie) Kososki, 86, of Ludlow passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2019. Daughter of the late Lionel and Annette (Tetrault) Patrie, she was born in Springfield on March 20, 1932. Jeanne was a graduate of St. Anne’s Academy and attended Anna Maria College. She owned and operated Northeast Metal for many years. Jeanne was a devout communicant of St. Elizabeth’s Parish in Ludlow. She was proud to have written and published a children’s book, Tuddley Toad.
Jeanne is survived by her children Larry Kososki (Michelle) of East Longmeadow; Lee Anne Covington (David) of Chicopee; Nancy Provost (Steve) of Ludlow and her sister Deena Harris (Charlie) of Indian Orchard. She also leaves her 8 beloved grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Sadly she was predeceased by her brother Leonard Patrie
Family and friends are invited to gather for Jeanne’s funeral Mass on Friday, March 1, 2019 at 10:00 AM in St. Elizabeth’s Parish, Hubbard St., Ludlow, MA. Burial will be private, at the convenience of the family. Visiting hours will be held Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 4:00-7:00 PM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, 64 Sewall St., Ludlow, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeanne’s memory may be made to the SIDS Institute of America 528 Ravens Way, Naples. FL 34110 or SIDS.org.
I am so very sorry to hear of the loss of Jeanne. She will be so missed. We had so many great, and wonderful times. Memories to last a life time, she was a pistol. The only one I know of that could even make a trip to the Emerency Room with her a blast!! (Unfortunately I just got out of the hospital, major surgery, but I will try to make it to Wake) God Bless you all, and again, I am so sorry for your loss. She was one of a kind and living next door to her was such an unbelievable joy!! I will miss our shenanigans.....much love to you all Kate Mulveyhill

I am so very sorry to hear of the loss of Jeanne. She will be so missed. We had so many great, and wonderful times. Memories to last a life time, she was a pistol.
