Ida C. (Seligman) DiCarlo Jones 89 formerly of
Fallston St. Died Friday October 14, 2011 in a Longmeadow nursing home. Born in Springfield, MA October 31, 1921 daughter of the late William Seligman and Frances (Hulett) Seligman. Educated in local schools, she owned and operated the former Mid-Town Bowling Alley in Springfield. She later worked for the former Flair Cleaners, and Shea Cleaners She was the widow of Michael DiCarlo Sr. who died in 1963 and Murl E. Jones who died in 1998. She is survived by her sons Henry W. DiCarlo and his wife Helene of Abington, MA Michael H. DiCarlo Jr. and his wife Julie of Ludlow and William F. DiCarlo and his wife Kathleen of Jay, VT. Grandmother of Mardie, and Matthew. Brother of Alvin Bud Seligman of East Longmeadow. Also survived by extended family members and friends.
