Grace Elizabeth Gacek, beloved infant daughter of Adam Gacek and Kayla Carlin became an angel on Tuesday, October 30, 2018. Grace was born on August 14, 2018. She was the light of her family’s life.
In addition to her parents, Grace leaves to cherish her memory her big brother Kaleb Thomas; her paternal grandmother Kathy Gacek of Springfield, MA; her maternal grandparents Karen Carlin and Mike Converse of Agawam, MA; her maternal grandparents Kelly Carlin and Michele Duval of Leicester, MA, aunts and uncles Keith and Trish, Linnea and Harvey, Jon and Britnee, Chris, Megan, Michael, Stan and Amy, Marie, Joe and Danielle, John and Amber, Kevin, Samantha and Kelsey. She also leaves several cousins. Sadly she was predeceased by her paternal grandfather Stanley Gacek Jr.

I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of your beautiful daughter, may she Rest In Peace. As a mom who lost my beautiful son, when the time is right please consider going to a support group for bereaved parents. It was a great comfort to us to be with parents in the same sad situation.

Funeral Services for Grace will be Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at 11:30 AM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, 64 Sewall St., Ludlow MA. Burial will in St. Aloysius Cemetery.
