Grace (Ferreira) Dejesus, 66 of Chicopee and formerly of Ludlow, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2021. Born in Ludlow on April 21, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Sarah (Inacio) Ferreira. Grace was a graduate of Ludlow High School and worked as a stylist at Mario’s in Ludlow for many years.
Grace is survived by her brother Anthony Ferreira (Nella); her sisters Rose Ferreira (Sedonio Tiago); Maria Stone (Phillip) and Julie Cornelius (Rob). She also leaves her beloved nieces and nephews who were like her children Lisa Wegiel (Eric); John Ferreira, Matthew, Emily Rose and Wyatt Wegiel. In addition to her parents, Grace was predeceased by her brother Robert Ferreira.
All services are private with burial at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, Grace’s family asks that donations in her memory be made to Empty Arms Bereavement Support, 140 Pine St. Northampton, MA 01062.
