Hello: I remember Elsie as she was my first 4-H leader. My brother Doug and I each had a Hampshire ewe, mine was named Susie and Doug's was named Sally. I remember those days so fondly and the great person our leader was. I cherish her memory and always will. My best to her family. Best Regards David W. McVeigh

To Elsie's daughter's. What a wonderful person your mother was. She is one of the last of the adults that I looked up to as a idol. As a child in 4-H Elsie and Tom were always there for us. She will be greatly missed. Pat Salvador Seminole, FL

I missed the opportunity to go to the wake and express to Elsie's family what an impact their mother and father had on my life. They are part of my fond childhood memories that I charish. I can still see her face as I think of her with her beautiful smile and that sparkle in her eye that made you feel she was happy to see you. My family (Giguere) loved her and I am one that appreciated the wonderful person that she was and that I knew as a child in 4-H. Couldn't think of 4-H without thinking of her. I wish her well on her journey and peaceful memories for her entire family!
