Ed has been a good friend for more than 40 years. I first met him on the Swift River in the late 1960's, and we formed a lasting friendship. Ed convinced me to join the Western Mass Fly Fishermen, and we both remained members for all these years. Ed was a kind, compassionate person who had a great love of nature and outdoor sports. He was a devoted son to his late mother, a true sportsman, and a friend to all who knew him. He will be missed by all his friends at the Western Mass Fly Fishermen, and most of all by me. Rest in peace, my good friend.
