Deanna M. (Douville) Martin, 83, formerly of Ludlow, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. Born in Wolfeboro, NH on March 10, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Romeo and Dorothy (Welch) Douville. Deanna was a graduate of Ludlow High School and was the owner of Deanna’s Day Spa for many years. She was a member of the former St. Mary of the Assumption Parish.
Deanna is survived by her children Stephen Bode (Anne) of West Springfield, Scott Bode (Diane) of Belchertown and Sharon Bode of Chicopee. She also leaves her beloved grandchildren Tyler, Jacob, Michael and Matthew Bode, Jesse Mills (Jessica) and Dana Mills (Andrew); her great-grandchildren Connor, Parker, Lainey, Ryder, Hailey and Charlie and her sister-in-law Dolores Douville. Sadly, she was predeceased by her husband Donald Martin, her daughter Marlene Mills and her brother Ronald Douville.
Visiting hours for Deanna will be Tuesday, September 24, 2024 from 4:00-7:00 PM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, 64 Sewall St., Ludlow, MA. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service for Deanna on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 11:00 AM in Island Pond Cemetery. Donations in Deanna’s memory may be made to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38106 or www.stjude.org.
