Clara A. (Dziura) Chrzan

Clara A. (Dziura) Chrzan 97 of Hubbard St. Ludlow died Wednesday January 26 in a Longmeadow nursing home. Born in the Thompsonville section of Enfield, CT November 11, 1913 she was the daughter of the late John J. and Anna (Kotfila) Dziura. Educated in local schools, Clara had lived in Ludlow for many years. She was a faithful and active Communicant of Christ the King Church, and a member of it’s St. Ann’s Sodality. Clara had worked for many years as a knitter at the former Alamac Knitting Mills of Indian Orchard. Her husband Stanley A. Chrzan died October 4, 2001. She is survived by, and sadly missed by her sons Richard J. Chrzan and his wife Eileen of Enfield and Raymond S. Chrzan of Ludlow. Loving grandmother of Lori A. Thompson and her husband Kurt and Kevin R. Chrzan. Cherished grandmother of Marina, Kyle and Cameron. Also survived by extended family members. Sadly she was predeceased by her brothers Stanley, Aldo, and Frank Dziura, and sister Nellie Dziura.
