Christopher J. Moore, 35, of Palmer passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2014. Born in Farmington, CT on January 17, 1979, he was the son of Donald Moore and Joanne (Cannamela) Pellegrini, both of Ludlow.
In addition to his parents, Chris is survived by his life partner Meredith Alspach of Palmer, one son Alex Moore of Palmer and three sisters; Lisa Moore of Ludlow, Lauren Dowd of Monson and Kaitlyn Dowd of Chicopee and his grandmother Josephine Moore of Ludlow.
Chris will be loved and remembered by a large, loving extended family.
