Celia V. (Motyka) Ogorzalek, 96, of Ludlow, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 13, 2017. Born February 13, 1921, in Wilbraham, MA, she was the daughter of the late John and Caroline (Nowak) Motyka. She was a graduate of the former Springfield Trade High School. A longtime Ludlow resident, Celia was a devout communicant of Christ the King Church.
Celia is survived by her son Chester M. Ogorzalek, and wife Cindy of Westfield, her son-in-law Raymond Prych of Holyoke, MA, 4 surviving grandchildren Jude Prych and wife Lisa of Carlsbad, CA, Theresa Corbert and husband Lee of Suffield, CT, Theresa Manthripragada and husband Sridhar of Silver Spring Maryland, Anne Morano and husband Jason of Enfield, CT, and granddaughter-in-law Toni Ogorzalek of Agawam, MA. She was blessed to have 14 great-grandchildren in her life. Celia also leaves behind many wonderful nieces, nephews and cousins. Sadly, she was predeceased by her husband Max Ogorzalek in 2014, her daughter Sandra Prych in 2001 and her grandson Jeffrey Ogorzalek in 2017, as well as her 12 siblings.

Visiting hours will be held Monday, December 18, 2017 from 9:00-10:30 AM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, 64 Sewall St., Ludlow, MA,
A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Celia will be held Monday, December 18, 2017 at 11:00 AM in Christ the King Church, Warsaw Ave, Ludlow, MA. Burial will follow in St. Aloysius Cemetery, Berkshire Ave, Springfield, MA
