Carol Houle

Carol Cynthia (Dearness) Houle 63 of Chicopee died Tuesday, March 20 in Baystate medical Center. Born in Holyoke, MA, December 10, 1948, daughter of the late Joseph F. and Frances E. (Hill) Dearness. Educated in local schools she was an administrative assistant for B&B Real Estate. She had previously worked for the former Brown Paper Company of Holyoke. She was a long time member of Chapter 97 Order of the Eastern Star of Belchertown. She served in many capacities, and was treasurer. She was the foster mother of two, and the sister of Virginia Zimmer of Walker, MN and Joan Kidd of Wykoff, MN Grandmother of 11. also survived by many extended family members and friends. Sadly she was predeceased by her brother J. Frank Dearness.
