Blanche M. (Bonneville) Mackie 86 of Ludlow died February 4 in a Chicopee nursing home. Born in Bondsville, MA September 20, 1926 she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Zephrina (Goulet) Bonneville. A Communicant of the Catholic Community of St. Elizabeth, she was a member of the Daughters of Isabella. She had worked at Betty’s Lunchonette, and was the owner of Blanches Coffee Shop. She was the widow of William Mackie who died in 1979. She is survived by her children, William Mackie and his wife Beverly, Ty Mackie, and Cher Mackie all of Ludlow, and Amy Buchanan and her husband William of Springfield. Sadly she was predeceased by a son David Mackie in 1998. Grandmother of Bryan and his fiancé Lynn Methot,, Brendan and his girl friend Laura Burrows, and Bryce and his girl friend Jennifer Gonyea, Great grandmother of Danielle, Josh, Steven & Justin Libby, Cole Williams, and Brissy. Willie and Ricky Bison. Longtime friend of Barbara Vermette. Lena Bison, Winnie Wrona, Tammy Dufresne, and Mike and Lori Fijal. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Funeral services celebrating her life will be Monday at 10:30 AM from the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home 64 Sewall St. Ludlow followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial offered b y the Catholic Community of St. Elizabeth in St. John the Baptist Church 181 Hubbard St. Ludlow at 11 AM.
