Anthony Michael Zalucki, 77, of Ludlow passed away peacefully on Friday, July 25th, 2014 at Baystate Medical Center. Anthony was a U.S. Army veteran. After serving, he became a machinist and through hard work and ambition he became a very successful business owner. Later, his love of God drew him to a higher calling in religion and service to others. Anthony was founder and director of Mercy of the Lord Ministries and also led a prison ministry. He was a communicant of Christ the King Church in Ludlow and prayed daily in the Perpetual Adoration chapel. Anthony leaves his wife Doris; his sister Helen Domurat; his sons Gerald, Christopher, and Michael Zalucki; his daughters Barbara Stoll and Anna Opalenik; his grandchildren Matthew and Jessica Zalucki, Jacob Opalenik, and Alexandra and Emma Stoll; and many more family and friends. Anthony loved all of his family very much and was always very supportive of them. He also loved polka, dancing, and pierogis.
Funeral services celebrating Anthonys life will be held Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at 8:45 AM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, 64 Sewall St., Ludlow followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Christ the King Church, Warsaw Avenue, Ludlow. Rights of Committal with Military Honors will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Tinkham Road, Springfield.
