Ann C. (Lis) Nedeau 88 formerly of Tower Rd. died Wednesday February 16 in Mercy Medical Center. Born in the Three Rivers Village of Palmer, MA July 3, 1922 daughter of the late John P. and Mary (Kozlik) Lis. She lived in Ludlow for many years, and was a Communicant of Christ the King Church. Ann was an accomplished cook and will long be remembered for her love of entertaining her entire family. She was also a noted pierogi maker, know as Ann’s Pierogis. She is survived by her husband Francis R. Nedeau, and sons Carl Nedeau of Cummaquid, MA and Ken Nedeau of Ormand Beach, FL. Sadly she was predeceased by a son Donald Nedeau who died March 11, 2005. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Her sisters Heddy Orchulak of Ludlow, and Helen Swiatlowski of Palmer, brothers Henry Lis of Wilbraham, Fred Lis of Three Rivers, and Alphonse Herbie Lis of Ludlow. Also survived by extended family members and friends.

Funeral services celebrating her life will be Monday February 21 with family and friends gather at 9 AM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home 64 Sewall St. Ludlow followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial in Christ the King Church 41 Warsaw Avenue Ludlow at 10 AM. Rites of committal will be in the Massachusetts Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery-Agawam at a later date.
