Sheila (Borek) Symington, 82 of Ludlow passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at Redstone Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a longtime teller at the Indian Orchard branch of Third National Bank, Sheila made many friends throughout Wilbraham, Ludlow and Indian Orchard. She will long be remembered by many for her friendly and professional service.
As she enters her forever home, she will be united with her husband Irving T. Symington who preceded her in death in 1996.
Those surviving to honor her memory are a son, Scott Sr. and his wife Pam of Ludlow, a daughter, Laurie Irvine and her husband Pete of Vinton, VA, four grandchildren Scott Jr. and his wife Jacqui, Gregg and his wife Michelle, Kaitlin and Becca Irvine, and three great-grandsons; Scottie, Ryan and Jack.
Sheilas family would like to extend special thanks to the Windsor Unit staff at Redstone and to Jane Kelley of Care Alternative Hospice.

Funeral services celebrating Sheilas life will be held Monday, April 14, 2014 at 8:45 from the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at Christ the King Roman Catholic Church, Warsaw Avenue, Ludlow, MA. Rites of Committal will follow at Island Pond Cemetery in Ludlow, MA.
