Russell J. Kuntz, 69, of Springfield passed away Sunday, August 2, 2015. Born September 1, 1945 in Jersey City, NJ, he was the son of the late William and Mary (Courtney) Kuntz. Russell proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He lived most of his life in NJ and moved to MA in 2004. He worked for many years as a building maintenance contractor.
Russell is survived by his loving wife Diane (Beattie) Kuntz of Springfield, two daughters Debra Bechard and her husband Eric of East Longmeadow and Jamie Luna and her husband Iain of Chicopee. He also leaves his beloved grandchildren Colton and Keira Bechard and Connor Luna.
Funeral Services Celebrating Russells life will be Monday, August 10, 2015 at 9:00 AM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home; 64 Sewall St, Ludlow, MA followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00 in St. Patricks Church, Allen St, Springfield, MA. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family
