Philomene G. (Gagne) Proctor 95 of Pompano, FL and formerly of Brookhaven Dr. Ludlow died January 13, 2011 Born in Ludlow, MA December 17, 1915 daughter of the late Albina P. and Albert Gagne.She was a longtime resident of Ludlow, educated in local schools she was a 1936 graduate of Elms College. She was an educator, in the Ludlow Public School system for many years, as a foreign language teacher. She was the widow of John Jack Proctor who died in 1984. She is survived by her daughters Elizabeth P. Torrey of Pompano, FL and Sandra J. Gosselin of S. Yarmouth, MA. Grandmother of 4, Great-Grandmother of 7, Great-Great Grandmother of 3.
