Lynn D. (Cadieux) Asselin, 60, of Ludlow passed away Thursday, September 17, 2015 surrounded by her loved ones after a long, brave fight with cancer. Born June 16, 1955 in San Diego, CA, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Janet (Forgette) Cadieux. She was a graduate of Chicopee High School.
Lynn loved traveling, cross word puzzles and going to the beach. She was truly happiest simply spending time with her family, especially her yearly ‘fun four’ vacations with her daughter and grandchildren Zack and Ally
Lynn is survived by her husband Lawrence Asselin Jr. of Ludlow; a daughter Liza Peters and her husband Nicholas of Monson and a son Michael Asselin of NY. She also leaves her sister Jo Ann Cadieux of Springfield and her brother Robert Cadieux Jr. and his wife Gwen of Chantilly, VA; four grandchildren, including Zachary and Allison Peters to whom she was especially close. Lynn is also survived by her nieces Ashleigh Curtis of Georgia and Christine Broderick of Florida
Services Celebrating Lynn’s life will be at 6:30 PM, Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, 64 Sewall Street, Ludlow, MA. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
