Obituary

John J. Maziarz, 78, of Ludlow passed away at BayState Medical Center on Saturday, November 7, 2015. Born in Ludlow, MA on April 10, 1937, he was the son of the late Stanley and Mary (Nowak) Maziarz. John was a graduate of Ludlow High School and Western New England University. He served honorably as a member of the Army National Guard. He retired from the Civil Engineering Department at Westover Air Force Base after many years of service.

John was a devout communicant of Christ the King Church in Ludlow. Along with his wife Arlene, he enjoyed listening to Polish music and cruising to many wonderful places. He was a true Jack of all trades.

John is survived by his loving wife Arlene (Kivior) Maziarz of Ludlow; two sons Gary Maziarz and his wife Ann (DuBois) of Belchertown, MA and Scott Maziarz and his wife Sandra of Wilbraham, MA. He also leaves his beloved grandchildren Luke Maziarz of Keene, NH; Alani (Maziarz) Iannoli and her husband Evan of Belchertown, MA and Alexandrea, Grant and Trent Maziarz of Wilbraham, MA. He is also survived by two brothers Joseph Maziarz and his wife Beverly of Ludlow, MA and Michael Maziarz and his wife Mary of Wilbraham MA. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a sister Theresa Senecal.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a Liturgy of Christian Burial celebrating Johns life on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 11:00 AM in Christ the King Church, 41 Warsaw Ave, Ludlow, MA. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family
