Janina (Kopec) Koziara, 78, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016. Born October 27, 1937 in Dabrowa Tarnowska, Poland, she was the daughter of the late Franciszek and Maria (Kareta) Kopec. A longtime Indian Orchard resident, Janina worked for many years at Milton Bradley.
Janinia is survived by her daughter Bonnie (Bogusia) Christian and her husband Mark; two brothers Zdzistaw Kopec and his wife Stanistawa and Edward Kopec and his wife Janina; a sister Barbara Kopec and a sister-in-law Maria Kopec. She also leaves her beloved grandchildren Hannah and Thomas Christian. Sadly she was predeceased by her husband Emil Koziara who died in 2013 and a brother Jan Kopec.
Funeral services celebrating Janinas life will be held Sunday, May 22, 2016 at 4:00 PM at the at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, 64 Sewall St, Ludlow. Burial will be private, at the convenience of the family.
