Helen M. (Chrzan) Struziak, of Ludlow, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 29, 2016. A lifelong town resident, Helen was the daughter of the late Albert and Helen (Krawczyk) Chrzan. In her early years, she worked for the former Ludlow Manufacturing Co. Helen was a devout communicant of Christ the King Church and a member of its St. Anne Sodality.
Helen was devoted to her family, her favorite times were those spent at family gatherings with those she loved.
Helen is survived by two sons John Struziak of Ludlow, MA and his friend Catherine, and Ronald Struziak and his wife Patrice of Longmeadow, MA. She also leaves her beloved grandchildren Ronald and Mary. Sadly she was predeceased by her husband John Struziak in 2000 and her sisters and brothers Stella, Julia, Joseph, Stephen, Stanley, Paul and Mitchell.
Helen’s family would like to thank the staff of the New York unit at Jewish Geriatric Services for the wonderful care provided to her during the short time she was there.

Funeral Services for Helen will be held Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 9:00 AM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, 64 Sewall St, Ludlow, MA followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Christ the King Church, Warsaw Ave, Ludlow, MA. Burial will follow in St. Aloysius Cemetery, Berkshire Ave, Springfield, MA.
Memorial donations in Helen’s memory may be made to Christ the King Church, Heating System Fund, Warsaw Ave, Ludlow, MA 01056.
