Gordon J. Dionne, 73, of Palmer, passed away peacefully Thursday, April 19, 2018. Born May 31, 1944 in Springfield, he was the son of the late Wilfred and Lyda (Vitale) Dionne. He proudly served his country as a Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He later worked for many years as a communications technician for New England Telephone.
Gordon is survived by his former wife Donna L. Dionne, his sister-in-law Elaine F. (Gelinas) Dionne; niece Donna Dionne Hurlbut , nephews his Richard J. Dionne and Robert C. Dionne. Gordon is predeceased by his beloved brother Richard A. Dionne and his niece Linda S. Dionne.

Funeral services for Gordon will be held Monday, May 7, 2018 at 3:00 PM at the Massachusetts Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St., Agawam, MA
