Dear Gayanne I'm sorry I couldn't make it but Bob was there for the both of us. I'm very sorry for your loss. You are a very sweet caring person who doesn't deserve the loss of a mom, a daughter and a husband. We'll pray for your strength, Gay. Fondly, Helen W.

I was hired and worked with Phil at the Westover AFB Fire Department for approximately six months until base housing was transitioned the to the city of Chicopee and my position was cut. The guys called me Buzzie. I always remembered Phil as the easygoing guy with a smile on his face. My condolences on the loss of a really nice guy.
